I have not used any mpokket services but it’s reflecting loan balance pending for payment . Please clarify enclosed attachment for reference, I have sent emails but no any response received from management.
Getting harrassment calls from Mpokket even though I'm asking them to remove extra charges and I'm willing to pay the amount but they're not even agreeing on that.
It shows that I have a pending loan of ****/- but in my mpokket app, it does not shows the same and it's dropping my cibil score, I'm ready to pay it. But I'm not getting any option for the same.
I checked the active loan from many different places like CIBIL, PAYTM, INDMONEY and there it is showing I have * active loans, but I had already paid that loan
