Hinduja Leyland Finance - Loan given on my pan card number using duplicate pan card

Recently i generated my cibil report using my pan card number. In this report there are two *-wheeler loans which is associated with my pan but for some other person name. Due to which my generated cibil score is very low at around ***. I do not have any connections with both loans but i have been victimised. Due to this reason i am facing issue in getting any loan.The person has used duplicate pan card whose number matches with my pan card and how come is possible to provide loan on duplicate documents. don't these companies verify for the documents submitted by person.
