Mahindra Finance - Loan Fund Cheat

I have a loan urgency at that time I got a call from Abhilasha( +** ***** *****) Mahindra Finance, Navi Mumbai Maharashtra. So I proceed with the loan of *,**,***Rs. So she said for the initial process of legal agreement signing she asked me to pay ****rs. So I have paid. Then her credit manager called me( +************) and asked that I'm in negativity zone so to process the loan I need to take the insurance, so for that I need to pay ***** rs. Initially I refused but they promised me that no more charges will applicable. And the loan will processed within ** minutes. So I have paid. Then they said my loan is transferred in NEFT will credit in * hours but I have waited till morning but not credited. Then I called them but they are saying I need to pay intercity charges *****rs for NEFT transfer. So I asked them to cancel the loan process and refund my entire paid amount. But they are saying I need to pay cancellation charges *****rs for my refund amount. If I'm not paid then they will blocked me and it won't get refund, they are saying
