Reliance Finance Limited - Loan fruad case

Reliance finance limited company is offered me a personal loan I choose *lac ***** rupees .... they approved my loan as my adhara card base they said to pay processing fees for loan is **** rupees and they said u get ur loan with in ** minutes after paying processing fees .I paid that amount but I didn't recive any kind of loan after they asking to pay security fees for instructions of RBI GUIDELINES u must pay this amount if u not paid this ur loan will get cancel so that also I paid to them.beacuse I need a loan for hospital purposes I paid full amount what i have in my account but again they try to ask amount for lawyer charge rupess ***** after u will get loan within * mins and I said I dont want any loan just refund my loan and I scolded them but they r not worried for that they re not responding for mes they contacted me what's app after I text lots of messages they send one message that was we are initiative your refund ........ so yet they didn't refund my amount we are in hospital we need money I want just my money i want my refund amount please help me get out of this i beg u pardon plz i was in very critical situation my friend was said about web page so I would I like to file a complaint here plz as soon resolve my problm and refund my amount immediately plz it's my family lyf matter .if they don't regudn my amount there is no option to live I will go for die so plz solve my problm plz refund my amount immediately plz plz plz
