Home Credit Co In - Loan force close

I have bought personal loan from home credit, for force close feature they are charging some amount monthly where we can close anytime of loan. I am also paying for that, now i am trying to close loan but if we try to close loan through their app it always showing error occurred and if we mail them no response from them. We can't reach them, their interest rate are too high. Cheaters.
