Sir mene DTD. **.*.**** ko Lenovo ka Laptop Nehru palace New Delhi se purchase kiya tha , is laptop ka HDBFC se shopkeeper ne loan pass karaya tha. Laptop ki purchase value *****/- he lekin Lekin HDBFC se loan ***** pass karaya gaya he jiska mujhe ab pata chala he.
Mujhe *****/- ki * emi pay kerne ke liye bataya tha, * EMI advance me pay kr chuka hu. Please *****/- ka hi emi banaye. Mujhe HDBFC se baat kerne par pata chala he ki Rs.*****/- me Rs.***/- HDBFC card ka amount bhi emi me add kiya gaya he . Jubki mene HDBFC card purchase hi nahi kiya he. Card ka ***/- mere loan EMI se jaldi hataya jaay. Kewal Rs.*****/- purchase value ka hi emi banaya jaay. Please due date **/*/**** se pehle mera loan EMI ka installment sahi kiya jaay.
Me email par bhi * baar complaint kr chuka hu ki EMI product ki purchase value ke according hi banay, lekin abhi tk koi action nahi liya he. Please take action immediately.
