CORPORATION BANK SECTOR 20 PANCHKULA - LOAN CLOSED BUT STILL ECS PRESENTED BY CORPORATION BANK SECTOR 20 PANCHKULAPANCHKULA

Sir,
I have closed my Car Loan Account No. ending ***, in the month of Sept-****, my ECS was from Axis Bank when i closed my account corporation bank asked me to transfer excess money to my loan account. When they closed my account there was excess amount credited to my account due to bank mistake. I said them to transfer the same to my SBI account but they transfer the same to my SB Dormant account in corporation bank without my consent. I asked the officer to why you did so they started argued with me. for revenge they didnot stop my ECS. which caused me ECS bounce charges in my SB account in axis bank. I have given branch manager so many calls she always remain busy on cellphone but never responds. when i called her yesterday and said i will file complaint in consumer forum but they said ok do.
