HDFC Bank Madhepura - loan automatically restructured without costomer consent

I took a loan from hdfc bank madhepura for ** months tenure but recently it's come to my notice that bank automatically restructured the loan period and I was not even informed, now when I came to know how my loan tenure increase the related manager is saying that it's done by me and no documents is with bank for that.i need to take immediate action against these fraurdaster.
