E- wallet 12 - loan app

I have applied for a loan on the E-wallet ** app. I entered the basic details, and that shows contact with customer service. I contact them. They responded. After that, they also asked for a processing fee. I paid the amount. I made one mistake in the account number. So correct that mistake; they charged some amount. I also paid that amount. After that, loan repayment ability fees were asked. I paid the full amount. After one stage I was waxed. So I asked them to refund my amount. They said, "Pay the personal income tax amount; after that, only that amount will be disbursed like that." I attached all the conversation proof. I want my amount returned. That's my humble request to you. Please help me to recover the amount.
