Mpokket - Loan amount not received

I have requested * loans of **** total amount of **** from m pokket, due bank problem the amount is not credited and it shows payment in progress i have raised an issue and the one of loan request is cancelled and it reflected in the app as credit limit then is requested the loan to another bank account but out of * loan request * loan amount is credited and in the open loans it show i have taken * loan i am trying to contact customer service but i cant get through
