India first life insurance company limited - Loan against Life policy

Dear Sir/Ma’am,

This is to inform you that I have received a call from HDFC Bank in the month of July ** and he/she offered me Loan against the policy. As per the agent, the bank provides a loan against a life insurance policy. They have offered me *-* insurance company names to choose from for life insurance. I have borrowed some amount from my friend and took the policy from India first life insurance company limited because I needed money. As per the agent, the loan was supposed to be sanctioned within ** days after receiving the policy bond. But after I purchased the life insurance policy, the agent's mobile has been out of reach. He called me from a new mobile no. and after that whenever I call him, he picks up my phone and gives me excuses every time, I have recorded almost all calls for my references.
