Moneytap Dmi Finance - Loan account closure

I have already paid the full preclosure amount of *,**,*** to moneytap and Dmi team.
Despite ** mails to the team, I am not getting any revert but m getting reminder calls and messages from them.
It was affecting my cibil score instead.
