Lloyd LED TV - Lloyd LED TV replacement as it is in warranty

I have purchased a LLOYD smart TV having the specification "LLOYD **FS ***B-**"LED" on **-Oct-**** on the name of Manoj Kumar Ratha and now since **th Feb **** I am facing a issue as my screen is completely blank and I have lodged a complaint for the same on *nd Mar **** having the request id **************. After that the technician visited my place and told me there is a issue in the panel and for which I will get a new TV as the replacement and I didn't receive any till date. And when I am enquiring for the same on **th Mar'**** then I found that without any solution they have closed my complaint without my consent even so i called up the customer care and reopened the complaint with a new request id with reference to my old complaint and the new request id is **************. Till today(**th Mar'**) i didn't get any solution or replacement of the TV and now the Lloyd customer service is also not taking my request on priority and not providing me the replacement.
So please look into the matter and provide me with a replacement of new TV with same specifications or refund my money at the earliest.
