I had piad an amount of Rs.**,*** for booking home interiors with Livspace.
I had decided not proceed with the interiors anymore with Livspace before starting their work.
I decided not to proceed because I see that their price shooting up day by day after each discussion.
At the time of booking I was told that incase of cancellation I will have to purchase appliances for the same amount to compensate.
Now they are asking me to make a minimum purchase of *L to compensate the booking amount.
I asked for the policy document where it is mentioned as *L to compensate the booking amount.
They didn't provide any document to me because no such policy document exixts.
I have been calling livspace customer care team, looping in all higher level people from October ** onwards and nothing worked till date.
Hence I wanted to take this to leagal's notice and checked online and came to know about this service.
I was ready to make a purchase **k in the appliances to compensate the booking amount.
Now since this has come to this extent I don't want to make any further commitment with them and I'm looking for more compensation with the my **k.
Kindly help me in getting my concern resolved.
