I ordered LYOS resistance band from liveyourownstyle.in site and they failed to deliver my product. I asked them for refund and they asked me to forward the message and fill the form. Before filling I asked them why phone pay pin is required but still they force me and after cutting the call, immediately frequent transaction happen of ***, ***-* times, **rs. Immediately i blocked my card and raise complaint with ICICI bank. Again I called to LYOS person but he blocked me and I have attached the call recording proof too.
