Lyos Live Your Own Style - Live Your Own Style LYOS Product not delivered

I had purchased a resistance band from this online merchant who is running this fraud business under the name of LYOS aka Live Your Own Style.
Order was placed on **th June,****. Product is still not delivered.
I did not receive any delivery details from them, i thought that deliveries and process might be affected due to ongoing pandemic.
I waited for * days and then I thought of contacting them to ask the delivery details. I just found their support email id. I dropped them an email on **th June,****.
I received an email response from person name Ankit Arora (which now obviously seems to be a fake identity) saying that my order will be delivered by **st of july as it takes about **-** days to deliver the product.
This was then and today is **th July. My product is still not delivered and now I'm not receiving any response from there on emails as well.
Payment for this transaction was done via PayU payment gateway. Attaching order details and email communication. Kindly look into this and help me seek my refund.
