Elite Elevators K Ramanathan Co - Lift Order cancelled by Technical team but refund not processed even after 2 months

I was looking for a lift for my villa in Bangalore which was when Mr Sachin Halkeri from Elite Elevators visited the site took the necessary measurements and proposed X*** lift. I paid the advance amount and confirmed the lift on **th April. In the month of May, the technical team visited the site and confirmed that they cannot install the lift. After repeated follow ups, the CRM team from Elite Elevators cancelled the order on **th June. Post that I have been following up on a daily basis for the refund. on *th July, CRM team confirmed that they will refund the amount in * weeks time. On **rd July, they confirmed again that they will refund the amount by **st July. However the refund is still not processed and my calls now are not being answered.
