Then Discontinued payouts are given after five years of lockin period expiry as per company policy.
It's been three months I'm complying and following each n every complaince they asked. The harrassment is never ending. This seems like they did nothing earlier in name of KYC.
Their intentions is just to harrass.
First they said we won't pay to nominee.have your own account as policy holder
Then they said Payout shall be given after certain date.
Then they had some name issue.
Now they have some date of birth issue.
The issues are never ending it seems.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
