Thootsi - Lied on shipment and services

I live in Canada. I was promised that I will get the aligners shipped to my Canadian address. I was staying in Bangalore and they came to my hotel to do the scanning and after the sign up I asked them on the shipment address which was my hotel address and all of a sudden thier customer services team changed their version and started with no shipping to Canada. They promised services while I was in Canada with services such as IPR which requires physical contact. This is a total scam and a rip off to make money any how by this company
