LIC HFL - lic is providing only a date they are not disbursing loan amount

Hi, i applied home loan ********** in LIC HFL saharaganj lucknow in july **** by mr. Deepak joshi but loan not completed again on march mr. kapil took over my file and promised me to disburse amount before ** march. but no any information received only a next date is provided. on ** april mr. kapil called me and said 'ap plot me kewal material girwa de next day payment apke account me aa jayega' on ** april i purchased bricks , sand and send pics to kapil. from ** april to till date company is only asking for a new requirements like 'apka ye paper nahi submit hai ap vo submit kar de kal paisa apko mil jayega'. kapil and ajay dubey both promised me for * may but today is ** may and no any information of amount. Lic is trapped me and making fake commitment from last * months. i wasted my leaves. i wasted my money. daily prices are going heigher. already i have a loss of approximate * lac due to Lic fake commitment. when i called manager rishi kapoor he told me 'kapil hamare yaha ek peon hai aur ap peon se contact krege to kaise kam hoga'. i want to ask a question to Mr. rishi kapoor if kapil is a peon he misguided me then how Lic sectioned a loan no. on behalf of kapil. why he is not taking action against these employees. i have asked them many times that if it is not possible by lic then clearly tell me but please don't waste my time. but Lic is trapping me and making fake commitment always. i have so mental stress.
