Regrettably, the cancellation was processed on January **, resulting in an additional charge of INR ***, encompassing processing fees, interest, and GST. Please ask them to refund the charges as there are no Pre-Closure charges for Pre Purchase EMI facility Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated, and we anticipate a swift resolution to maintain a positive customer experience. Regards. Furthermore, the extended resolution period has caused mental disturbance, wasted time . In light of these inconveniences, We request compensation of INR *****.
