Lavanya CB filed complaint against Dell inspiron **** on Jul 3, 2021
I purchased Dell lap ****(i*-****g*/*gb/***gb/*tb,*gb Gc/silver) JYSSFD* from Sys Tech ***,***, Kumaran Complex *** Feet Road , Gandhipuram,Coimbatore-******(****-*******) on ** th July ****, Its been nearly ** hours after purchasing the lap , I faced heating issues which was abnormal there was sudden shutdown of laptop and I couldn't On the lap for more than * hours ,Additionally,there was a software corruption occurred , So I took the Laptop to the concerned Sys tech Dealer to rectify ,There was no consumer concern there , and they suggested us to look for service center under their supervision I gave my laptop for ** hours for testing but the service center had not even filed an inward entry for my laptop.After while I received my laptop but still I am facing the same issue,Kindly Please Voxya help me to rectify it , Its really hard for a student to find a proper solution and the Sys Tech and supervised service provider has not treated me well that gave me mental trauma.
