Respected sir,
I purchased a pack of *** rs and included a ** rs pack and one more * rs pack ** rs late recharge fee total was *** rs I paid *** rs still I used the service only ** days now Airtel customer service agent asked me that * more packs are also activated. While the retailer already told them to deactivate all other packs. But now the agent saying " sir these packs are still in service" now agent saying they can't do anything I must have to pay for that. They stopped my service.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
