Jio Airtel - Less Refund of UNINSTALLATION of my Jio Fiber connection

Hi Team,

We have been patiently waiting for a relevant revert on the mails that we have been shooting at care@jio

we have been taking continuous updates from the customer care and got tired of asking your people to collect the device from the premises. Because of your poor customer support service an elderly man got forced to visit office, just to take an update.

The blog on the website clearly says if you don't like it, we will be eligible for the complete refund

We have put on the cancellation request just after ** days of activation, so on what grounds the amount is not getting refunded.

You have postponed the person coming to our premises not just once but * times (that too when we started chasing )

All we got was fake commitment/No response/ No coordination between the team , we have been taking continuous updates, and they just kept on postponing the service

Please help me to understand where the customer is at fault?

The person sitting in the Rudrapur Jio office said the amount will get credit, The mail says it will not be refunded, The website says that it is free, What's going on guys like seriously??

I want my money ASAP, Kindly look into it on priority, or arrange me a call back to understand what crime we did for going with your service
