maharashtra lunch home and swiggy - less eye for detail

Very unhappy with the delivery of the outlet as well as the swiggy app. I placed an order through swiggy for * chicken tikka biryani and bharlela bombil (stuffed Bombay duck) and I got call from swiggy delivery guy stating that the restaurant (Maharashtra lunch home) is not available with bharlela bombil so I recommend them to deliver chicken lollypop instead of bharlela bombil, but after receiving/(checking) an order there was neither chicken lollypop nor bharlela bombil and delivery guy charged us full bill amount (bill Amount Rs ***). After that when I was trying to call delivery guy his mobile was switched off and all incoming call for that number was blocked. Not at all trustworthy place and app. Ashamed of the experience. Disloyal with clients. Swiggy good idea to charge the food and not to deliver food and then giving sympathy by giving a discounted voucher. Order number ***********.
