Lenovo Ideapad Slim *i (****) Core i* **th Gen laptop with serial no. SPF**Q*YF stopped working within * days of delivery from Flipkart. Since then Lenovo has delayed replacement and now refusing replacement citing that liquid damage is not covered. There is no liquid damage from my side either intentional or accidental but when the enginner opened the cover a glue like substance appear to be spilled and stained the back cover of the laptop may be during assembling the glue spilled and Lenovo sold the product later without appropraite quality check. But now attempting to absolve themselve in the alibi of liquid damage not covered. I have an unresolved request with Lenovo on this bearing no. **********. Request help in resolution.
