Lenovo ideapad - Lenovo service centre denied to repair my laptop

I am preparing for competitive exam through online course,but some error came in my laptop on *nd September ****,so I went to lenovo service centre patna on *rd September they denied to receive my laptop for repair but somehow I convinced them and they recieved and told me to come after * week ,then I reached to collect my laptop on **th September but they didn't repaired it and returned me back they told me that they can't repair because they don't have engineer. Now what can I do local shops refused to resolve the issue now I have to drop my this year of preparation because I can't give mock test, attend online classes, e books which are only sources of studies in this Corona who will compensate my * year preparation. ** days already lost because of this laptop problem. I need an urgent solution otherwise my career will get finished because of lenovo.I am not only losing laptop I m losing my career ,my coaching classes for which I paid *****,laptop ***** and my career which cannot be bought in money please help me if they can't repair then replace it with new one. I need to resume my studies, I am the only hope of my family.
