i have purchase a laptop make lenovo model e*** sl no pf*nz**p on **/**/** from local dealer domestic after one and half month we are facing problem in laptop,we lodge the complaint in call center vide call no ********** dt **/**/** after ** days problem is resolved after replacing the led display and cable again same issue arise on **/**/** with case id-********** in this time we got the service after ** days and resolved after changing the motherboard,but after only two days same its happen,as discus with service manager mr.saurav he assured us that if u found same issue we will replaced the same,but he is turn down,when i have go for lodge a call then told us that your previous call not closed so we providing the intrex no-*********,request you to kindly innervation this matter and replace the system as soon as possible

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
