Lenovo Ideapad - Lenovo laptop purchased couple of months back not working at all

Lenovo Ideapad pad S**** core i* ** gen. Purchased ** oct **** is not working since day one. We tried to contact the seller as well as lenovo but no results. The lenovo technical team remotely accessed the system and tried to fix it online but failed. The laptop is either inferior in quality or damaged. Hence we want refund of full amount with compensation.
