Vivek filed complaint against Lenovo on Aug 10, 2019
I had purchased a lenovo laptop on Saturday *rd August, the lap hitop stopped working after * days. I went to the dealer, they said the charger is not working. I had filed a complaint. Regarding replacement but I m not given complain ticket number, nor any one informs status of my complain. They say it has been dispatched but expected time is unknown. I tried to contact lenovo executive

****-******* /**********. But he says he does not know and says since the co.plaint was filled.in headquarters he cannot do anything. They are not even ready to provide a temporary charger till they replace the charger
