Lenovo Mobile Com Ltd - Lenovo K8 note motherboard failure

I bought this lenovo K* on launch on ** Oct ****, ***** on Amazon, last month my phone started getting off and on itself, i took it to service centre and they inspected and reported that mother board is gone and i have to pay ***** to get it done.
similar thing happen with my brothers phone also and when i checked Lenovo forum many also has the same issues.
since the device launched it always had heating issues and we have to reset after consulting Lenovo Forum and i am confident that the device had some issues, today i am also surprised the same device is available for ***** Rs in online sales, and service centre is asking us to pay *****. when my phone is properly used and charged as per standard care and no water or dropped damage.
it not even completed * years. so i kindly request you to help on this complaint and take necessary action on Lenovo.
