Colive Elara - Legal notice received from Colive

So I was a tenant at CoLive Elara Hyderabad. I had vacated my room on * Aug. My deposit amount was **k. They had finally sent me a settlement statement on **the Sep, which showed that I owe them certain things so I need to pay some amount instead of getting anything back. But I saw some discrepancy in the charges so had raised a ticket to address those. At no point had I refused to pay. The ticket is yet to be resolved but in the meantime they sent me a legal notice. This is total harrassement. Please help
