Hi, I forgot my doughnuts bag in indigo bus. As soon as I entered the bus I informed the air hostess that I forgot my bag in the bus. She tried to communicate the same to the ground staff and no one is ready to listen to her. One guy came suddenly and told me that they can’t do anything now. The kind of words he used is very rude.
