I bought Leeco tv ** inch in October ****. And about * months ago it's screen started having a vertical line which ruins the whole tv watching experience. I called Lecco customer care and then registered my compaint. Complaint no. *****. Then techinicians came to check the problem and they said that the screen pannel wi be replaced and that lecco will contact me via phone. I received a call from leeco and they said that pannels are not in stock now, so i have to wait for some time. Its been * months since I am calling them and they always reply the same. But since few days, their customer care number is not working. Now I have no way to contact them.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
