We purchased led *k tv from vijaya sales, indirapuram on **-**-**** with an extended warranty. The warranty was valid till **-**-**** and in oct **** , led tv was not working. we registered complained in videocon service center. They asked **** Rs for Service and after visit they cleaned screen dust and closed SR. We also not received receipt of rs **** from videcon service center. we again reported another sr and that was closed without repairing our Ttv. after several follow-ups, videocon is not ready to change LED part and not considering our request. We reported this when our tv was in warranty. now we are helpless and vijya sales is approaching to us to buy new tv.
