Conneqt busines support limited - Leave encashment not done by company

Hello all labour officers,

Hope you are doing well in this world wide pandemic, my concern behind this email is i joined conneqt business solutions in indore my last organization on **th aug ****, and i worked for ** months. As per company leaves policy i have *.* privilege leaves which can be encashment at the time of FNF settlement.

But when i received less amount in my full and final settlement , i found they paid me less.


This company always do this , if you want then i can present ** to ** people who can say this is fraud company.

Now they are saying this as per the leave policy i am not getting any money for my leaves.

Also i am going to file petition in court for this fraud company, please help me labour officers in this matter.

I don't know * to * thousand rupees is important for you or not but for me it most important in covid **.
