Telangana road transport - Learner License approved but no link to download License

Hi sir,
I applied for driving learner license on Dec ** ****, today it is * Jan **** still I didn’t get my leaner license.soft copy..I have been mailing to support-td@telangana.gov.in and tapp-support@telangana.gov.in
There is no help from both of them.
Please help
