I ordered Pizza from Oven Story yesterday - order CRN- *********
- Order was placed at **:** pm and it was delivered post ** am when the delivery time was around ** minutes. Also, it was delayed at the restaurant itself as I could track that from the App. I spoke with Chat support and tbh, the response was pathetic. You can refer to the chat I am hoping else let me know I can share screenshots from it. The least that could have done was offer a compensation for the late delivery so that the poor experience could have been compensated to say the least. Please look into this and also educate your chat staff to be a bit more empathetic and share relevant responses.

Oven story pizza – Refund not issued Closed
Order was cancelled within * minute of placement, yet the refund has not been issued. I have not received a message regarding the refund either.
