Mohammad Moazzam filed complaint against Acer on Mar 7, 2019
Its been a month now, I called Acer India to repair my laptop as it was producing cracking noise (Speakers), they sent an engineer who put new speakers on, but the moment he turned the laptop on it does not start, they told me we will order motherboard, its been *month plus, every time I call Acer they say awaiting spare parts. I am frustrated by their response. I think I will have to go to consumer court.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
