Hp laptop - Laptop show owner neither give replacement of defective laptop of same amount of laptop nor refundin

I have purchased a hp laptop -model Eg****Tu which were displaying on top of the box.But when i saw the system configuration, Hp model was different .It was eg****.I purchased this laptop from shop 'Laptop Megamart,Basement,S.P. verma road, Patna.When i found problem with more heating and battery backup with this laptop.Within *days,I immediate called to Shop owner ,name is some 'Ali'' .He refused to give replacement as well as refund money.I have never used that laptop because on *nd day ,i come to know that laptop has more heating and battery backup issues.I request him to replace that laptop but he totally denied and spoke very rudely.
