Oneassisst - Laptop repaired frowd

My laptop is under warranty extant for * year in oneassisst then I claim because of my laptop touchpad is not working then they proceed my claim as well. According to their policy the device will receive to customer after **-** days after repaired as well. But my product is under delay and they said spare parts is not available you can wait. Then they give me my laptop after * weeks and my laptop condition is same as old the touchpad is not working. They said your laptop is repaired. They lie.
