Acer - Laptop not working

Sir I bought a acer laptop and now its in the warranty period and its not working at all. It costed me ₹***** nearly and they aren't able to fix it even in the warranty period. I habe asked them to replace it multiple times but neither they are providing any good service nor they are replacing it. Sir if it would have been out of warranty i can understand but its still in warranty and how will it work after the warranty expires. I have raised many complains multiple times I also have case ID of each time but my issue still persists. Please help me make this right
