Asus India Flipkart laptop - Laptop not working properly

i brought my brand new laptop ( asus rog G***LI ) on August ** , **** on the first itself it gave me trouble when i switch on the laptop it stuck at setup page . Then i faced different problems on the following days like on the first day it's automatically restarted and on the other days video is playing sound is not audible and the major problems starts here i don't know exactly the date but it's less than a month on that display is not working it's blank even the logo is not visible it continued whole day after i get it to the service center they update the bios and said the problem solved but the next day itself the problems are continued so again i get my laptop to the service center and said that to help me to solve me the complete problems with the laptop or make me a replacement or refund for my laptop because it's less than a month i faced lots of problems and what will it be in the following days , I'm coming from a middle class family the money i invested in the laptop is huge , price of my laptop is **,***. it's a gaming laptop but i never installed a single game and experience it. i even didn't discuss about the issues with my family because they will be afraid because as i said before money i invested on this laptop is really big for middle people like us.Its been * weeks my laptop is in the service center they didn't give any update about my laptop even i request them and they file a replacement request but asus rejected it. The service center is **Kms away from my location I used to travel by public transport in the pandemic situation it highly risk for me and my friend also came with me for travel and food it takes *** rupees a day we went * times. I mentally disturbed about this , i definitely need refund for their worst product and service.
