Xiomiindia - Laptop not delivered

I ordered xiomi ultrabook laptop (order number: **XXXXXXXX, Ecom tracking Number: **XXXXXX) dated **th Nov, ****. Item was expected to be delivered by **th-**th Nov, **** and I haven’t received the order yet. Delivery is from Bengaluru to Bengaluru and noway it can take **+ days. Irony, I am not allowed to cancel order and get my money back. I am calling xiomi and ecom customer care everyday and they are neither cancelling oder nor delivering product. I reached out to xiomi grievance cell and received no response from them.

Xiomiindia – Cannot replace the charger during warranty Closed

This is fake company with customer service. I want charger as a replacement as it has warranty. I visited two service centers but none is ready to provide resolution
