Quick Couriers & Logistics Private Limited - laptop goes missing accident or planned theft

My laptop was forwarded by an underqualified technician to his superior and unable to repair, they returned the laptop to me via Quick Courier & Logistic Pvt. Ltd. on **th June. Present Tracking shows it in Bhiwandi (where the courier has no office) on **th June.on *th july i got the image of the package that was tampered and marked my laptop as missing, and it contained my personal ID documents, raising serious concerns about privacy breach and identity theft. I request urgent investigation and action.
