This is to bring to your kind notice that we purchased Lenovo Laptop in June end ****.
time and again the camera issue has been called for at Lenovo but stood unresolved (Since past * months).
We have been facing the camera issue since last * months but could not avail the service for COVID ** Upon the complain the service engineers have visited us couple of times but in vain. Latestly, when the service engineer visited, he was not able to resolve the issue and raised his hands for unable to troubleshoot the crux of the problem.
He also told that the camera issue is persistent in the concerned model (Ideapad S***) of Lenovo.
Hence I requested Lenovo team to kindly replace the product as soon as possible without any further delays. As the problem stood unresolved and the product was not serrving up to its utility.
Although the product was covered in the warranty but still Lenovo is denying to replace it.
Points to be considered for replacement -
*. The service team was unable to resolve the issue - its not customer fault.
*. Lenovo understands that the model (Ideapad S***) bears the camera issue for most of the customers.
Please help us in protection of our rights.
