I travelled in Apsrtc on **th july **** from ongole to machilipatnam in a
garuda bus with service number :****.My seat number is **
I carried a laptop bag which kept in luggage rack. When nearing vijayawada,realized that there is water drops falling at seat number **,**
I checked my laptop bag then and realized its soaked in water. I informed to the attender and kept my bag at my legs from then till my journey to machilipatnam
Upon coming to machilipatnam,i lodged a physical complaint. Once reached
home and a while ago tried to open my laptop,screen was damaged.
I called to greviance cell and complained and requested for compensation and still waiting for their update
