I place an order from lapinoz on ** May *:**am
After placing the order tgey closed the outlet without accepting or canceling my order so its stuck in the “Recieved” state on the app
I tried contacting the outlet multiple tmes but they don’t pick up the call i even tried app support but it doesn’t work
I also tried to call their main branch but they do not help and just give franchise owner number
This whole thing has taken a lot of my time and i need immediate refund and compensation
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
