Artha - land purchase not completed

I bought the Artha Property in **** and paid an amount of Rs ***** for booking.
Thereafter for the remaining amount I had requested for additional time. However, without informing me they seem to have sold off the property to someone else. Moreover, they dont even respond to my mails and my **,*** is still stuck with them.
Resolution for me is to get that property back or Rs**,*** along with interest lost on the amount.
