I ordered Two Ladies trousers online from Laiba Ladies wear on **.**.**** and order was confirmed via email and order No. was ****. I received a mail from them that the order has been despatched on **.**.****. But the mail did not give the courier details. I have sent several reminders to them, but till **.**.**** order is not delivered. I have a feeling that it is a fake firm and I have been duped. The company is supported by Shopify sale platform.
